How to Use: Kumkumadi Tailam
On the face:
- Take just 5-10 drops of the oil on your hands, apply a light coat of it evenly on the face or to the acne area.
- Do a gentle massage with fingers tips.
- Leave it for 10 – 20 minutes for effective absorption of the key ingredients .
- Wash off with some hot water.
- Kumkumadi Tailam can be used 2 – 3 times in a day, continuously for a week. After that, it can be used once on daily basis.
- It can be used for Nasya with Anu Tailam.
- Kumkumadi oil is used for face-steaming and vaporization. 5-10 drops of Kum Kumadi Tailam added to hot water and steam directed on face for 5- 10 minutes will give the skin a clear and fine texture.
On the dark circles of eyes:
- Take 5 drops of the oil on your thumb. Gently rub it over the dark circle area, for 2 minutes each, in moon shaped movements, below the eyes. Do this for both the eyes. Wash off it with some hot water and soap.
- Do this twice a day. For best results leave overnight.
