  • If you received a damaged item.
  • If you have received a wrong item.
  • If you have received an item having tampered packaging.
  • For all COD & Prepaid Order, if you’re returning the product for reasons other than the product being Expired, Damaged or wrong product delivered then, product return charges will be applied on your refund.

To request for a return, please go to MY ORDERS page, choose the option for return, a box will appear asking you the reason of returning your order. Please select the reason and click return and give us a time of 2 days to process your return order. Need to request for a return in 1-2days after receive the packet(Product).

Pre-paid items will be refunded depending upon the situation after processing the request. Please arrange to return the items with their original packaging as they were delivered to you when our executive delivers to you. Please understand that we cannot return opened original packaging, bottles or tins that were delivered to you. Products will be checked once returned to make sure that the original packaging is in place.

Your order payment will be refunded by the same mode in which the payment was made except COD (cash on delivery). For payments made through COD, payment will be refunded to your bank account after you provide your bank details to us. Please allow us to take the time of 7-10 days to refund your payments in such cases.


Full refund of your order can be made only in the below-mentioned situations-

  • If you received a damaged item.
  • If you have received a wrong item.
  • If you have received an item having tampered/torn packaging.

    If it is our fault, we will definitely pay the price. No processing fees will be applicable in the above-mentioned cases.

1)If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
2)Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3)Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Note:  In Case You don’t want the product after being dispatched , There will be some deductions will making your refund. ie. Return charges will be deducted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs and cash on delivery charges for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the shipping costs and cash on delivery charges will be deducted from your refund.

NOTE- If it is found after processing that the packaging of the products is torn or broken or if it has been tempered with, no refunds will be accepted in these cases.

At, we ensure that the products that you order, reach you at the earliest at your doorstep, as per your specifications, however when you receive a damaged, or an incorrect order, please call our customer service executive immediately at 1800 3000 1177 or at 011-49876043 within 24 hours of receiving order.

Covid 19 essentials product cannot be returned unless and until you have received a wrong or damaged product.

RETURN OF MEDICAL DEVICES reserves the right to solely decide upon the return or refunds of medical devices. Medical equipments such as glucometers, BP monitors, wheelchairs, support aids and support wears only be returned, if a manufacturing defect is there. However, all these products come with a warranty, and any manufacturing defects will be solely handled by the manufacturer.

In such cases, OTC Products can be exchanged only if the following situations occur:-

At, the promise of delivering the orders within 24-48 hours is taken very seriously. To fulfill this promise, our team really works hard and provide our customers with a satisfactory experience. Due to our logistics department policies, we cannot cancel orders that are shipped from our warehouse. Cancellation of orders can only be done before the orders are dispatched for delivery. No cancellation of orders will be entertained once the said orders are delivered.

After the said order has been successfully delivered to you, and no communication regarding the same has been received by our team within 24 hours of delivery, will not be liable for any discrepancies in such orders and no claims regarding the above said orders will be entertained.
