Snapit 85mg/500mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Sumatriptan and Naproxen that treat migraine. Sumatriptan is a selective 5HT1-receptor agonist which relieves headache by narrowing the widened blood vessels in the head. Naproxen is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) which blocks the release of certain chemical messengers and decreases general inflammation and pain caused due to migraine. It relieves the symptoms of migraine and prevents the attack from becoming worse. This medicine helps by narrowing the blood vessels, thereby relieving migraine headaches.
