Order stuck for more than 15 days

My experience with Tablet Shablet is the worst I have experienced.
I Placed my order on 22nd April and today is 8th May with no updates of any sort
No one responds on the phone.(+91-8860874704Helpline No. : 8587888222) and unable to send email request from their website. This is an emergency order as my family and I were tested positive for COVID-19.
I am really disappointed and on my order i was not having an option to cancel either.
