ABOUT THE PRODUCT: Schwabe Alpha-Liv syrup is homeopathic medicine to treat symptoms of liver disease through a proprietary blend of several homeopathic herbs (available in syrup). It has key ingredients like carduus marianus, chelidonium majus etc that acts on fatty liver, slow liver functions and provides supportive treatment of hepatocellular jaundice.
