Pee Safe Biodegradable Overnight Sanitary Pads are a 100% organic cotton pads that provide leakage protection from light to heavier flow. The 315mm size of the pad ensures optimal coverage in heavier flow, all through the night. With the inner core of the pad made of the bamboo pump, which makes it 300% more absorbent and safer to skin. In addition, the pads are free of plastics which means they are rash free as well.

The pad has 3 different layers, the inner layer is of 100% organic cotton, the core or middle layer is made of FSC certified Bamboo Absorbent and the outer layer is a leak barrier wrapper that is 100% compostable and plant-based.
