Special precautions, which may include a doctor’s supervision, should be taken in case of chronic pulmonary insufficiency, muscle weakness, impaired liver or kidney function, or in patients with history of alcohol or drug addiction, elderly or debilitated patients., Drug should not be given to Pregnant Mothers, patients suffering from Kidney dysfunction, and Neonates.
Sedation, muscle weakness, ataxia, vertigo, headache, confusion, depression, slurred speech or dysarthria, changes in libido, tremor, visual disturbances, urinary retention or incontinence, GI disturbances.
Acute narrow-angle glaucoma, myasthenia gravis, respiratory depression, coma, acute pulmonary insufficiency, sleep apnoea syndrome, severe hepatic impairment, chronic psychosis, pregnancy and lactation.
