Betadine Ointment 250gm helps prevent and treats infections of abrasions, cuts and wounds. It?s an antiseptic applied on the skin that kills or prevents the growth of infectious microorganisms on the open wounds. The ointment works by slowly releasing iodine which kills?the infection causing microbes and controls their growth. In addition, it can be used on any break in the skin to prevent it from getting infected.
It contains Povidone Iodine (5% w/v).
DIRECTIONS TO USE:
- First, wash your hands
- Clean the affected area and allow it to dry
- Take the sufficient amount of the ointment and apply it to the affected area
- Wash the hands after applying it.

- Store in a cool, dry place. Away from direct sunlight.
