Hello, and congratulations to all the expecting mums out there!

As beautiful this phase is, being pregnant can be a bit overwhelming as you have to go into the littlest details out there. Only an expecting mother understands the struggles of nurturing. I don’t understand the extent of what they go through but can definitely help them to make their experience pleasurable and memorable.

This blog contains all the necessary details every pregnant woman out there should consider during or if wanting to get pregnant. All those questions that have been swarming your minds, I’ll try to help answer them as much as possible.

No all the things in this blog are applicable to every pregnant woman. Always consult your obstetrician in case of any confusion or emergency.

Every mother out there knows what’s best for her and the baby. But, sometimes during your visit to the obstetrician, you forgot to ask some basic yet essential things.

To give your pregnancy the best possible start, the following points will help you better understand your conditions and ensure proper care of your unborn baby (or babies).

What’s the best age for getting pregnant?

Lots of women often wonder about the perfect age for pregnancy. Emotionally, there is no perfect age for getting pregnant. There are lots of women who have an amazing experience being pregnant at or over age 35.

But looking through medical perspective, the twenties is an accurate age as the person is healthier and fit. Women over at age 35, are more likely to have a Down’s baby (Don’t want to scare you or anything, just being cautious).

Be aware of your and partner’s Medical History

Following are the activities that are an absolute No during or at the time of conceiving:

• Drinking
• Smoking
• Drugs
• Consult your doctor if you are taking any medications.
• Avoid food like undercooked meat, smoked seafood, raw eggs, unpasteurized dairy, etc.
• Don’t overdo your caffeine intake.
• Avoid changing cat and dog litters.
• Don’t paint.
