- Just experiment with a new haircut
Right now, a new haircut would be your saving grace. This is the time to get the hairstyle that you have been wanting for so long. Depending on the hair loss, try to have a haircut that covers the thin hairline area.
If you previously had long hair or a layered cut with pieces that came down to the chin in the front, you may need to shorten that hair into long bangs that frame the face.
- Healthy Diet is the Key
Sometimes, nutritional deficiency also contributes to postpartum hair loss. We all know that maintaining a healthy diet is an important factor for optimal health and wellbeing.
